Payments

Shine Therapy and Coaching accepts private pay, MassHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), and now Medicare. We strive to make the payment process and easy and streamlined as possible.  We believe that therapy is for everyone so we are here to help! We also offer sliding scale rates when necessary, so please don’t hesitate to ask. We are a teaching practice which means we also have a few priobono slots available through our clinical intern team.

Payments are accepted by check, venmo, and credit card. Clients are able to pay online through the simple practice portal. We work with a billing team that can answer any questions you may have about co-pays and or payments. We believe in making the billing process as smooth as possible so that you can focus on what matters, feeling better.
