At Shine Therapy and Coaching, we utilize but are not limited to CBT, Solution-focused therapy, ARC, EMDR, Strength-based therapy, ACT, IFS, Narrative, and DBT models of treatment. We also understand that choosing a therapist can be a very personal thing. We do intakes where each client finds their individual treatment needs and desires. You will be assigned a therapist that will match your therapy needs, however if you find it is not a good match please let us know! We can always assign you to a different clinician and or give you resources to find the best fit possible.
